Leadership Retreat is held throughout a weekend during Great Lent.  Beginning in 2000, the goal of these conferences is spiritual growth, Christian education and leadership development.  Two representatives from each parish are invited to attend, based on recommendation from the parish priest.  This conference has become one of the most effective projects of the ACYOA, as it is a time where youth leaders from each parish can come together to share ideas, grow in faith, and gain a network of fellow Armenian Christians throughout the Diocese.
