Welcome Alumni!
Without the efforts of its alumni, the ACYOA would not exist. Connecting with alumni is a major goal of the Central Council. In this spirit, we have planned two events that will be sure spark your interest!
ACYOA Alumni Ball
ACYOA Central Council would like to thank all those who supported our Alumni Ball at St. Leon's Armenian Church. Many former ACYOA members, as well as younger members joined together to create a memorable night. Look for next year's Alumni Ball information in the coming months. If you could not attend the ball, check out the pictures here to see what you missed!
Unforgettable Memories: Announcing the ACYOA Commemorative Book
Do you have memories from ACYOA that you would like to share with the world?
Do you have pictures and stories from your old ACYOA days?
Did you meet your spouse at an ACYOA function over the years?
Here is your chance to reminisce about the good ol' days!
We are proud to announce that the ACYOA will be publishing its first ever Commemorative Book just in time to commemorate its 65th year anniversary. Here is a taste of what you can expect to see:
- ACYOA Chapter pages, filled with facts and information, pertaining to your past and present local ACYOA.
- ACYOA award pages. From Sports Weekend overall champions, to the Tiran Nersoyan award, all of your greatest accomplishments will be published.
- Clergy page. A list of all the clergymen who have come through our Diocese over the years. If you have a memory about any of our priests, we would love to hear it!
- Where are they now? Have you lost contact with some of your Armenian friends? This is a great chance to see your old pals!
- Wedding page. Did you find your true love through an ACYOA event? Here is an opportunity to share an old photo and a short story on where you met!
- Anything & everything that is ACYOA from 1946-2009
This is just a small sample of the Commemorative Book. We are hoping to get feedback from all of our churches in the Diocese. Start gathering your memories you would like to share, more information is coming to a parish near you. Although, it's never to early to start, so if you have anything you would like to send us, please email: acyoayearbook@gmail.com.
