Dn. Garen Megrdichian has been a dedicated servant of the Armenian Church since a young age. Garen attended both Armenian School and Sunday School at Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Church in Providence, RI, and participated in many St. Nersess High School Summer Conferences and Deacons Training Programs over the years.

 

Now an ordained Deacon of the Armenian Church, Garen is excited to serve as Treasurer of the ACYOA Central Council, after years of being an active member of both ACYOA Juniors and Seniors.

 

Outside of ACYOA and the Armenian Church, Garen loves to play basketball, and is a big fan of all Boston sports teams. Garen recently completed a year-long internship at Blue Cross Blue Shield, and also enjoys working at Brown University Athletics events as a Scoreboard Operator.
